Creek View Construction LLc is your neighborhood light commercial construction specialist. We began what we are today 15 years ago. Navigating the challenges of construction and the economy all those years, has not be without challenges. But together with many loyal clients, we feel stronger and better suited to take on your next building project.

Mervin Hoover always dreamed of learning a trade and managing his own business. He started out by working for Rigidply Rafters for 4 years and then for a local construction contractor for another 3 years.

Merv went on his own by starting Creekview Construction LLc in the spring of 2005 with just one single cab truck and two employees. His office was an empty bedroom in his personal home. But he wasn’t asleep in there. He was anticipating and planning for business growth!

Through the ups and downs of the construction economy, Creekview Construction LLc has grown to include two job trailers, three full size construction trucks and five employees. And, no more bedroom offices. In 2016, he and his crew renovated an old barn into a 12,000 square foot office and shop that has plenty of room for them to stretch their wings.

Our vision is to provide valuable construction services. We have the expertise to take your next project from concept to completion. Come to us with your concept and we’ll put a design together and help you calculate the budget necessary to complete it. Then with a design in hand, we’ll assist you in obtaining the necessary permitting local authorities require. Once those permits clear, we’ll move dirt and build the structure. All of these things we aim to provide you with…on time and on budget.
